Soteria, a fabless startup specializing in ultra-low-power HPC (High-Performance Computing) semiconductor design, has announced its selection for the “Scale-Up TIPS” investment program.

Scale-Up TIPS is a private sector-led R&D initiative designed to respond to rapidly changing technology and market demands. Under this program, private operators (a consortium of venture capital firms and R&D specialists) identify promising companies in the scale-up phase, make an initial investment, and the government provides matching support afterward. Soteria was selected after receiving investment from Anda Asia Ventures, the Scale-Up TIPS program’s operator.
