The domestic AI semiconductor company Soteria is set to begin mass production of semiconductors using Samsung’s 4nm process. The company has implemented an NTV (Near-Threshold Voltage) design that allows the accelerator to operate at 0.3V, along with technologies such as bad-core management and optimized heat dissipation pathways.

Soteria secured a pre-investment of $1.7 million from a customer to support development for mass production. The plan is to start wafer input by the end of April this year and supply the semiconductors to the customer in the fourth quarter.
